SET UP
The Fun continues with both indoor and outdoor areas prepped for final set up
PARKING MONITORS/GREETERS
Greet and assist guests with parking in designated areas at Greenbank Farm.
Bring your smiley face!
TICKETS SALES / ID CHECK
Sell and Scan Entry Tickets, Handle Cash and Cards, Check Age verification,
Distribute Wrist Bands, Help with Volunteer Check In
FOOD CONCESSIONS
Sell and Serve Pretzels and Currywurst
Help with restocking and kitchen prep
BARN and OUTDOOR MONITORS
Sit at the entrance/exits point to monitor guests have wristbands and are where they are supposed to be!
Roam the main beer hall floor and outside areas, keeping it tidy and guests happy
Help monitor and watch for over drinking
GAMES TENT SERVICE
Sign up contestants for games. Take game coupons and distribute game wristbands
Explain game rules and keep prize table organized.
BEER TENT SERVICE
Help pour the Beer and Cider, take drink coupons
Monitor for over drinking
MAST Card helpful but not necessary
