FRIDAY OCT 18

SET UP 5-7pm​

Help transform the Greenbank Barn into a fun and festival Beer Hall 

​

SATURDAY OCT 19 

 

SET UP 8-11am

The Fun continues with both indoor and outdoor areas prepped for final set up

​​

 

GREETERS / PARKING MONITORS​

Greet and assist guests with parking in designated area at Greenbank Farm. 

Bring your smiley face! 

​

TICKETS / ID CHECK / VOLUNTEER CHECK IN – 2 hour shifts

Sell and Scan Tickets, Handle Cash and Cards, Check Age verification,

Distribute Wrist Bands, Help with Volunteer Check In​

 

FOOD CONCESSIONS – 2 hour shifts

Sell and Serve Food and Soft Drinks, Handle Cash and Cards

Help with Restocking food/supplies restocking and Kitchen prep​

BARN and OUTDOOR MONITORS – 2 hour shifts

Sit at the entrance/exits to monitor guests have a wristband and are where they are supposed to be! 

Roam the main floor and loft area, keep it tidy and guests happy and having fun! 

​Help monitor and watch for underage and over drinking

 

BEER TENT SERVICE – 2 hour shifts

Help pour the Beer, Wine and Cider, take drink tickets

Watch for underage and over drinking. 

MAST Card helpful but not necessary

 

CLEAN UP – 4-5pm

ALL HANDS ON DECK!
