FRIDAY OCT 3
SET UP 5-7pm
Help transform the Greenbank Barn into a fun and festival Beer Hall
SATURDAY OCT 4
SET UP 9am - Noon
The Fun continues with both indoor and outdoor areas prepped for final set up
PARKING MONITORS/GREETERS - 1 hour shift
Greet and assist guests with parking in designated area at Greenbank Farm.
Bring your smiley face!
TICKETS SALES / ID CHECK – 2 hour shift
Sell and Scan Entry Tickets, Handle Cash and Cards, Check Age verification,
Distribute Wrist Bands, Help with Volunteer Check In
FOOD CONCESSIONS – 2 hour shifts
Sell and Serve Pretzels and Soft Drinks
Help with restocking and Kitchen prep
Sell Food and Drink Tickets
BARN and OUTDOOR MONITORS – 2 hour shifts
Sit at the entrance/exits to monitor guests have a wristband and are where they are supposed to be!
Roam the main floor and outside, keep it tidy and guests happy and having fun!
Help monitor and watch for over drinking
GAMES TENT SERVICE – 2 hour shifts
Sign up contestants for games. Take game entry payment (tickets).
Explain game rules and keep prize table organized.
Help emcee during game portion of the afternoon.
BEER TENT SERVICE – 2 hour shifts
Help pour the Beer and Cider, take drink tickets
Watch for over drinking.
MAST Card helpful but not necessary
CLEAN UP – 6-8pm
ALL HANDS ON DECK!
